An organo-copper complex for the control of algae during the spring/summer months, can also be used as a regular treatment.
Treatment
The prevention of algae growth will reduce the amount of sanitiser required. Summer Guard is an effective longlife algaecide for prevention and control of the growth of algae.
Application
At the start of the season adjust the pH of pool water to pH 7.2 – pH 7.6 shockdose the pool to 6 - 8 mg/litre chlorine. Clean all pool surfaces, especially where pool water circulation is low. Vacuum the pool. Add Summer Guard 5 litres per 50m³ evenly around the pool. Circulate pool water.
