'This additive will assist in the overall chemical balance in those low hardness areas`
To increase calcium hardness in pool water. Incorrect levels of calcium hardness may lead to pool surface and circulation problems.
Treatment
A low calcium carbonate level, below 40mg/litre, the water may be corrosive. At 80mg/litre calcium carbonate a scale can start to form giving a protective layer. A calcium hardness level between 80mg/litre and 200mg/litre is recommended. To increase the calcium hardness by 20mg/litre add 3.0kg Hardness Plus per 100m3.
Application
Dissolve Hardness Plus in 10 litres of water in a plastic bucket. Add to pool water near the return inlets. Keep the circulation pump running.
