One of the most famous grotto swimming pools with a spa can be found at the notorious Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, California. Visitors here can take a leisurely swim, before enjoying the pleasant heat from the hot tub while relaxing under the green foliage of the cavern’s ceiling. The grotto is a main feature of the rear garden which was designed for outside living. The grotto can be found in the centre of the large swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing patio space and just a short walk from the sauna bath house and the small zoo enclosure. This is a great example of what money can buy you – a jaw dropping pool!

Most people use their basement for storage or maybe as a wine cellar, but this home owner thought outside the box and transformed it into this awe-inspiring grotto instead. This Turkish bath grotto can be found underneath the outdoor infinity swimming pool of a beachfront home in Cabo San Lucas. With a spa, bar and many TVs, as well as lounging areas, this is the perfect party house where you can escape the sun.

Can you imagine anywhere more serene? Santorini is known worldwide for its beautiful white washed buildings which gradually climb away from the aqua blue sea. And this hotel has carried this theme through to the private pools in its villas; with white and blue the only colours in sight this is certainly a case where less is more. Do you have a beautiful view from your garden? Then why not frame it with a grotto pool like this cave has done?

This Canadian spa looks like something out of a film. Isn’t it amazing? With over 2,500 square feet of warm mineral water, dip your toe into the turquoise flow here for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience like no other. As well as a swim in the pool, all guests here have access to the cooling waterfall and the hot tubs. Okay, so building such a large pool at home is a little unrealistic, but you can emulate the relaxing properties quite easily using our products. Add eucalyptus milk to your home spa for a soothing scented sensation.
